About Natasha
With over 20 years of dedicated yoga study and 10 years of professional teaching experience, I bring both depth and integrity to my work. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and have trained extensively with respected teachers in the yoga world, studying anatomy, physiology, and Vedic philosophy to ensure my teaching is both safe and meaningful. My background as a certified health coach further supports my evidence-informed, holistic approach. I am committed to creating a professional, supportive space where students feel confident, understood, and guided with clarity, compassion, and expertise—especially during important life transitions such as perimenopause. My therapeutic approach supports your hormones, energy, and mood. I also love working with neurodivergent humans—creating sessions that are flexible, safe, and actually enjoyable.

My approach as a yoga instructor is therapeutic, educational, and deeply personalized. I combine gentle movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and evidence-informed women’s health knowledge to support hormonal balance, especially during perimenopause. A typical lesson begins with grounding and breathing practices, followed by mindful strength-building, mobility work, and restorative integration. I weave in practical education about stress, sleep, and emotional regulation so students understand why we practice what we practice. What sets me apart is my background in education and mindfulness therapy, allowing me to teach with clarity and compassion. My classes are designed for women of all levels, especially those navigating hormonal shifts, stress, or life transitions.

I came to Natasha’s sessions out of necessity, not enthusiasm. After ongoing back pain and a long tour through physical therapy and medical consultations, improvement was modest at best.
