About Gauri
One of the principles of Naturopathic medicine is 'Doctor as teacher,therefore my role is to educate and motivate my students/patients to assume more personal responsibility for their health by adopting heathy attitude and lifestyle.
The yoga principles are useful in management of lifestyle disorders including stress management.

I teach therapeutic yoga which includes asanas,breathing techniques and meditation for specific health conditions(physical or mental),when to use certain practices and when to avoid others,the aim is to do no harm!!
In pre and postnatal yoga class, i focus on restorative poses and gentle stretching tailored specifically to support women in various phases of pregnancy.
