About Dr Sapna
I am Dr. Sapna Somawat, a BNYS doctor and MD Yoga scholar with a strong interest in holistic health and wellness. I believe yoga is not just exercise but a way to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. My approach is gentle, personalized and practical, with a focus on helping students build a consistent yoga practice. I teach Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation in a simple and supportive way, adapting sessions according to each student’s level, comfort and goals.
