About Swetha
I am a BNYS intern with a strong interest in yoga therapy and holistic health. I have gained practical experience through clinical internships in multiple hospital and wellness settings, where I learned to guide yoga, pranayama, and relaxation practices safely. I enjoy teaching beginners and helping individuals improve their physical and mental well-being through simple, structured, and consistent yoga practices. My goal is to make yoga accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for everyday life, focusing on awareness, correct technique, and gradual progress.
