About Saransh

I'm a practitioner of yoga since 2017 and teaching yoga since 2019 and have experienced many phases in yoga. It's a way beyond expectancy one can have. I am a graduate teacher with a certification of 200 hour INTERNATIONAL YOGA TEACHER certified by INDIAN YOGA ASSOCIATION. Learned by the TRADITIONAL SIVANANDA VEDANTA YOGA CENTER which are there around the world and in India too and, I am a member of Indian Yoga Association. I live near Rishikesh which is a hub for yoga, and the best part is that I have been invited several times to teach students from around the world for yoga teachers training course which is an honor for me. By my experience Yoga is a life-giving journey in itself.

About the lesson

Designed yoga class sequences and integrated lesson plans, flow formats for beginner and advanced students. Demonstrated postures to students and supported them in finding their right poses. Helped students develop their body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength. Ensured safety and students' comfort during the classes
