About Arjun
A mother of two beautiful children and wife of a very humble and a wonderful husband I'm Swati Tomar.
I have worked as a placement officer and as a student counsellor, after spending many years in my profession I realised that I need to explore more about myself rather than stressing out i must get rid of my inner stress and luckily got introduced to yoga i started practicing it daily in my life and eventually I found myself in a state of mind where there is no place for stress anxiety or any other negative thoughts. I am full of energy and joyi lead my life with more power. I always have a way to overcome anything because I have a disciplined life.

As i feel yoga is to blend your mind with your soul therefore it is a journey of self discovery.When you give space to yoga in your daily life you introduce yourself to your inner strengths and you find a key to open the door of a world where you definitely conquer your senses.
Yog is the other name for Mother Nature and i will take you on a very joyful ride which will lead you to meet Mother Nature and in this journey together we will see ourselves transforming into beautiful human beings.
