students , my name is Sovit Pandey just don't take me serious as a teacher...I'm also a student like u so don't bother to ask any sort of questions to me..im 1st Dan black belt in karate and i want to share my skills to u, I promise to make u confident and create love for this art, its a good body contact sport , also very effective to your cardio muscles.. I'm still a student for studies but got masters in martial arts achieving 2 national and 3 district medals...so don't get bother for me...just enjoy the learning of this awesome sport!!
