About Morgana
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Molecular Biotechnology from Northeastern University, where I completed advanced coursework and laboratory training in genetics, cell biology, and molecular biology. My academic background is complemented by professional experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, working in structured, detail-oriented laboratory environments that required precision, accountability, and clear scientific communication.

I am a Master’s-trained molecular biotechnologist with a background in Biomedical Sciences and hands-on pharmaceutical laboratory experience. My teaching approach focuses on building deep understanding rather than memorization. I break complex biological concepts into clear, logical steps and adapt my methods to each student’s learning style.
A typical lesson begins with identifying knowledge gaps, reviewing key principles, and strengthening foundational concepts. I create customized study guides, diagrams, and practice questions tailored to the student’s coursework. We then apply the material through problem-solving and exam-style questions to build mastery and confidence.
I work with middle school, high school (including AP Biology), and college students in subjects such as general biology, cell biology, genetics, microbiology, and molecular biology. My goal is to help students not only improve their grades but develop critical thinking skills and confidence in science.
