About Jacqueline
As a final-year Biomedical Science student at Queensland University, majoring in Cell and Molecular Biotechnology with minors in Anatomy and Psychology, a strong commitment to both learning and teaching has shaped my academic journey. My involvement as a volunteer in the Anatomy Peer Learning Community has allowed me to support fellow students and deepen my passion for collaborative, active learning. While I do not have formal teaching experience, I have regularly assisted peers in Biology and related subjects, and I consistently achieved high marks in Biology and Earth & Environmental Science during my senior years.
My university coursework has given me a thorough grounding across the life sciences, and I have developed advanced skills in essay and scientific report writing. I strive to make complex topics accessible and enjoyable, tailoring my approach to each student’s needs and helping them to build confidence and curiosity in science. My goal is to inspire a genuine enthusiasm for Biology and related fields, encouraging students to embrace learning as a lifelong journey.
I am dedicated to helping students reach their academic goals and discover the excitement of understanding how biology shapes our world. Whether it’s mastering content, developing strong study strategies, or honing writing skills, I aim to provide clear, supportive guidance, and share my love of learning every step of the way.

I want to create a fun but informative environment. My students should feel comfortable to ask me for any help they need as i believe the most important in an educational environment is to feel safe and heard. I will ensure that we will have goals to meet every lesson and if goals are not met, it will be met at the next lesson and all lessons will be structured with a plan. These plans will be given to my students prior to the session so i can ensure i am meeting all of their goals they are wanting to achieve
