About Saheli
My interest in biology began with a fascination for the intricacy of living systems, from molecules to ecosystems. I earned a B.Sc in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, studying genetics, cellular function, physiology, and environmental biology. Over 9 years of teaching, I have guided students at all levels, helping them turn abstract concepts into practical understanding and analytical confidence. I prioritize clarity, patience, and adaptability. Lessons are structured to identify knowledge gaps, strengthen foundational understanding, and encourage active participation. I emphasize conceptual reasoning, problem-solving, and curiosity-driven exploration, ensuring students build both confidence and competence. Beyond the classroom, I stay engaged with molecular research, ecological studies, and laboratory experimentation. This allows me to integrate contemporary science into lessons, making them relevant and inspiring. Teaching biology is deeply rewarding because I see students develop curiosity, confidence, and analytical skills that will serve them academically and personally.
