About Imogen
I worked for a year in a special needs school in Sheffield, this gave me experience in teaching and engaging students of all abilities. I thoroughly enjoyed planning activities for the students and enjoyed considering how the curriculum could be brought to life and be made accessible for the students.
Furthermore, I tutored my sister through her science and maths GCSEs, and saw a marked improvement in her confidence in these subjects.

I have an interactive teaching style to engage all types of learners, I believe in bringing the school curriculum to life with innovative teaching methods, to make lessons memorable and informative. I would be open to suggestions from the student as to their preferred learning style and be prepared to adapt my lessons accordingly. My background in biochemistry gives me a depth of understanding in the subject matter, allowing me to answer questions for students thoroughly and further their knowledge. I am currently studying graduate entry medicine, therefore could be an invaluable resource to any student wishing to apply to medicine.
