About Penelope
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and have 6 years of experience teaching biology. My interest in biology began through studying living systems and understanding how organisms survive and adapt. Teaching allows me to share that curiosity while helping students succeed academically.
My teaching style is simple, supportive, and flexible. I adapt lessons based on each student’s learning style. Some students prefer diagrams and visuals, while others learn through explanation and discussion. I encourage questions and active participation. Building confidence is always an important part of my teaching.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about environmental science and biological discoveries. Staying updated helps me bring real-world examples into lessons. I enjoy helping students grow in understanding and confidence. Watching learners develop interest in science is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My biology lessons focus on helping students understand how living organisms function and interact with their environment. I teach cell biology, genetics, evolution, ecology, human anatomy, and physiology using clear explanations and real-life examples. Students learn how biological systems are connected and work together. I focus on building understanding before memorization. Every lesson encourages curiosity and scientific thinking. Learning becomes meaningful when students relate concepts to real life.
Lessons are designed according to each student’s level and goals. Beginners focus on basic biological concepts and terminology. Intermediate learners strengthen understanding of processes and systems. Advanced students work on analysis, application-based questions, and exam preparation. Practice exercises are included regularly. Feedback helps students improve understanding and confidence.
Biology builds observation, reasoning, and analytical skills. I encourage students to explore ideas with curiosity. Over time, learners become more independent in scientific thinking. My lessons provide a supportive environment where progress is encouraged. Strong understanding leads to long-term success.
