About Valerie
My fascination with biology began with observing the intricacies of life, from molecular structures to complex ecosystems. I pursued a B.Sc in Life Sciences and an M.Sc in Molecular Biology, gaining comprehensive expertise in genetics, physiology, and ecological science. Over 9 years, I have taught learners at various levels, focusing on conceptual clarity, interactive learning, and hands-on engagement.
I approach teaching with patience, clarity, and adaptability. Lessons integrate discussion, observation, problem-solving exercises, and practical examples to ensure learners connect theoretical concepts to real-world applications. I encourage curiosity, independent thinking, and critical analysis, allowing students to build confidence and mastery in their understanding of biological systems.

Biology becomes truly fascinating when learners see the connections between molecular structures, organismal function, and ecological relationships. My lessons cover cell biology, molecular genetics, human and plant physiology, ecology, evolution, and laboratory methodology.
