Retired Ph.D. biochemist with 31 years teaching experience in the university and community college settings, with experience teaching hundreds of students, many of whom have completed doctorates themselves. I engage students with the material, by using videos, powerpoints and homework assignments. I use video chats and discussion boards and group on-line assignments. I find third party learning management platforms useful and also use Moodle and Blackboard based platforms.
