About Penelope
Arriving in Australia as an international student shaped my perspective on the academic demands required for medicine and dentistry. I recall the quiet hum of the laboratory during late nights spent refining my understanding of complex systems. Over 13 years of mentoring, I have supported countless students in mastering photosynthesis and respiration alongside molecular biology and lab report writing.

Studying is rarely the smooth process that textbooks might suggest, and I find that honesty about the difficulty of these concepts is helpful. I often share that even I struggled with certain chemical pathways before simplifying them through my PhD research lens.
