About Kaylie
I am a undergrad student currently studying online at Unitec Honduras. I grew up in the United States with a native language of English, moved to Honduras at 18 years old, and learned Spanish through immersion. I have 2 years of teaching ESL in Honduras at a bilingual academy.

My teaching approach is immersion above all other tactics. I like to be extremely patient with my students, but only speak Spanish when completely necessary. I like to take my time correcting grammatical errors (a common error for ESL students) while encouraging them with the progress they’re making. As somebody who has taught ESL courses before, I have learned that encouragement and immersion are the best tools for an ESL student.
