About Poornima
Yoga came into my life during a long recovery after an accident, at a time when I had to slowly rebuild both strength and confidence.
What began as a process of healing, gradually became a deeper and intuitive journey towards self-awareness and inner resilience.
Inspired by the Bihar School of Yoga tradition, teaching yoga is my way of sharing this gift with others — a quiet act of gratitude and paying forward what yoga has given me.

Rooted in the teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga, my sessions offer a gentle and accessible introduction to yoga.
I conduct specialized classes for complete beginners, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, chair yoga, geriatric yoga, and yoga for children.
Alongside asanas, I also offer sessions on Yoga Nidra, simple pranayama techniques, and the use of mudras to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.
