About Emery
Emery Lauren (b. 2004) is an emerging artist based in Dallas TX, exploring digital illustration, brand design, game design, and interior design as they overlap with her personal practices. Emery is currently a BFA student at SMU.
Her work has been featured in the Jordan and Dollen Gallery in the Meadows School of the Arts, including a Duo Exhibition (2025, Dollen), Collective Perceptions (2025, Dollen), and her work was selected three times for a showing by the student-led organized art collective. I have been doing art my whole life and absolutely love studying it! For most of my career I’ve been self-taught and done all my own learning while still accepting commissions and even working on a brand deal. I work in so many mediums because they all excite me for different reasons and I believe learning art should be super accessible for anyone interested. No matter your age or where you are in life art can be taught as long as you care enough to learn!
