About Kate
I am a dedicated singing tutor with 7 years of experience in music and education. Teaching singing gives me the opportunity to inspire students and help them develop their talent. I work with school and college students and guide them in improving their vocal skills step by step.
My lessons focus on important techniques such as breathing control, pitch improvement, voice strength, and expressive singing. I believe that strong fundamentals help students become confident singers. Over the years, I have helped many students overcome stage fear and perform confidently in their school and college events. Seeing students grow and enjoy music is the most rewarding part of my teaching career. I also encourage students to explore different musical styles so they can find what suits their voice best.
My teaching approach is supportive, motivating, and focused on helping each student reach their full potential. My goal is to help students build confidence and develop a lifelong love for music.

My singing teaching approach is built on flexibility, creativity, understanding, and effective time management to help students develop technical skill and artistic expression. I believe that singing is both a skill and an art, and students should learn how to combine technique with emotion. I begin lessons with foundational exercises such as breathing, vocal warm-ups, pitch accuracy, tone, and articulation.
Creativity is emphasised to allow students to explore songs, genres, and interpretations, helping them develop confidence and a personal style. I also focus on understanding each student’s abilities and challenges to provide patient guidance and constructive feedback.
Proper time management ensures that every lesson balances technical exercises, song practice, and performance preparation. In addition to singing, I also teach rhythm, music theory, and stage performance skills.
