About Lucy
I am a yoga teacher with 9 years' experience specialising in women's health empowering women to take control and be aware of their mind, bodies and cycle awareness. Also specialising in the beautiful journey of pregnancy yoga and birth preparation workshops to empower women to listen to their intuition and enjoy their unique birth. I am also qualified to teach tween and tweens including girls' circles.

My teaching method is to approach each class depending on where you are in your cycle and if you're pregnant how you feel that day, honouring that each time we practise is different. I begin with a grounding meditation breath work then some poses or flow depending on the class or what parts of the body students would like to focus on and ending with a Yoga Nidra relaxation in Savasana.
