About Yogesh
I have been doing yoga for more than 2 decades and teaching the same for more than 3 years now. I teach what I have learned after years of experience but strictly in accordance with the scriptures. All the techniques are easy to learn for people of almost all age groups. I also teach the jnana yoga which creates a roadmap and helps students stay on path especially in adversity.
