I believe if a student is completely focused on what is the teacher saying he may get those pieces of knowledge very fast. And I always try to make my class a bit intresting my cracking jokes cause always laughter is the best medicine and this helps me to get the attention of students and then I try to make a class bit interactive so that student learn things and remember them in the lecture itself
