Yoga is union, is a passion and love of mine since my early days I've started to practice which I'm quite happy to share with any serious yoga enthusiasts. I'm more than happy to help and share my Yoga knowledge with whomever is eager to further knowing their interest in Yoga.

Namaste My spiritual name is Ramdas. I have been practicing and teaching Yoga for the past 17 years, I have created my own yoga practice sequences which suit all yoga enthusiasts whether beginner or advanced practitioners regardless of body shape, age or size. I give full attention to the students giving options to both beginners and advanced students. I'm able to teach Yoga for office Syndrome, Yoga for runners and post injuries. Yoga therapy for back care issues then Prenatal Yoga and post natal yoga.
