My is Jane Maluleke, am from Klerksdorp am not a professional Baker I only learn baking from my mom and internet. my qualification I had Grade 12, certificate of Management of assistant as Secretary. I also had Project Management certificate got while i was on learnership at Public Work

About the lesson

I will teach them the method of how to prepare for baking. have all the ingredients in one place. and when you mixed for dough, you start first with the liquor ingredient in bowl then follow the second bowl with dry ingredients.
