About Carrie
I have taught students for 20 years. I work with students up to 8th grade in mainly Reading, Writing, and Math. I have started tutoring in 2019. I still tutor the same students that I started with four years ago. It is inspirational to see how they have progressed in the last four years. I love teaching and watching students grow from learning. The looks on their faces when they realize the hard work has paid off. It is an amazing feeling.

My lessons for math are using IXL to show where the students are on level and what concepts you might be struggling with. I have Flashcards to help with adding, subtracting, ,multiplying, and dividing. Students loose interest easily that is why. I try to make it interactive and fun for the students. Many of my methods I use also helps the special needs students. I work with elementary age students all levels up through 8th grade.

For cancellation, need 24 hour notice without being charged. For same day cancellation, only if it is a medical emergency you will not be charged.
