About Mona
I am Mona, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Mansoura University, a Diploma in Biochemistry from the Faculty of Science at Mansoura University, and a Diploma in Education and Teaching Methods from Kafr El-Sheikh University. I teach science, particularly chemistry, in both Arabic and English, covering the Ministry curriculum and IGCSE, OLevel, ALevel, and undergraduate levels.

If you see the periodic table as just squares, I'm here to show you how this table shapes our daily lives. My teaching style and techniques rely on a "deep understanding before memorization" methodology, using the following techniques: Visual modeling: Using interactive simulations to explain chemical bonds and electron distribution. Real-world applications: Explaining reactions through examples from the kitchen, the environment, and industry. Concept maps: Summarizing complex chapters on a single, coherent sheet for easier recall. Active learning: I don't just explain; I let the student deduce conclusions based on the rules we've learned. A typical lesson structure: Each 60-90 minute session is carefully designed: Active review (10 minutes): A quick review of previous material, connecting it to today's lesson. Core lesson (40 minutes): Explaining the new concept using a smartboard or visual aids. Practical application (25 minutes): Solving a variety of problems (from easy to higher intelligence levels). Conclusion (15 minutes): Quick assessment and assignment handover.
