I'm Dr. Mariya Parvez, I've completed my BAMS from GGSIPU Delhi. I've worked with big brands in Corporate wellness and Ayurvedic Diets. I run a brand called Lush Ayurveda and I have a center called Lush Ayurveda Panchkarma & Holistic Healing Centre in Noida. I hold an experience of more than 8 years in the field of Ayurveda, Yoga and Holistic healing. I'm a sound Healer and a dietician as well
