The prenatal yoga therapy is important as it will determine the overall health of the baby as well as the mother. It will help in Reducing stress and anxiety. Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
