About Stanislava
Originally from Ukraine I started dancing when I was 4 and had workouts as part of my learning ever since. My background as a professional ballroom dancer (Top 3 in the U.S.) taught me how powerful posture, balance, and control can be — not just for performers, but for everyone. That’s why I created a method that blends stretching, bodyweight strength, mobility, and breathwork to improve the way you feel in your own body. I moved to USA and became an instructor, working already 3 years I learned how to make sure my students are having fun as well as achieving their goals :)
