About Naomi
I have a BFA in Creative Writing from Warren Wilson College, and I have worked as a tutor and guest teacher. I have a passion for reading and writing--and for finding ways to help students find that same passion, even if English is not a favorite subject of theirs.
I have helped many students learn to tolerate (or even love) English, due to my philosophy that teaching should be tailored to the student, and that fun is an integral part of learning.

I have tutored students from kindergarten through college, and have proofread graduate papers for publication. I have taught basic literacy, SAT prep, and creative writing, and have supervised two students through writing their own books.
