About Suchita
Hi! My journey with yoga started at Acharyakulam, where I spent 8 years practicing yoga every single day under strict discipline, learning directly from Swami Ramdev himself. Alongside my years of practical training, I am also a student of Sanskrit. This gives me a unique, deep understanding of the original roots, meanings, and correct pronunciation of different asanas and pranayama. I deeply understand how correct techniques, daily exercises, and proper breathwork can completely transform a person's physical fitness and mental energy. I want to share this knowledge because I see so many people struggling to maintain a healthy daily routine or practicing incorrectly online. Having lived traditional yoga for nearly a decade, I want to simplify it for everyday people. My goal is to make authentic, structurally correct yoga accessible and easy to follow for all age groups, helping you stay fit, active, and healthy from the comfort of your home.
