An energetic and charismatic individual who pretends to demonstrate to students with dynamic and humorous Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes ,that yoga is not a series of exhibitionist poses.Yoga is for everyone , everyone who wants to deeply connect with themselves , to listen to their deepest desires and worries ,to truly love who they are, to honour their uniqueness and embody whoever they feel they can be and pursue whatever they want in life .An individual who seeks to create a sense of community that supports and loves all beings.
