About Katja
Hello!
Thank you for your interest in my lessons!
I am 49 years old, have been working in the fitness and health industry for over 30 years and have worked as a trainer in fitness studios. As an ergonomics expert, I have helped health insurance companies and companies to make workplaces more back-friendly. I would be happy to help you make a change or achieve a goal.
