About Annapurna
My name is Annapurna, I am of European origin and I spent most of my training with my teachers in Greece on the beautiful island of Crete. There the love of yoga and discipline was firmly planted inside of me. I spent on my teacher advice some time in Mysore in Sri Pattabhi Joice Shala where I also leaned bases of Sanskrit. I am currently residing in Vrindavan, India where I study Vedic scriptures, Sanskrit, give yoga classes and Shiatsu treatments either in person or online

In my more then 20 years of practice experience with an amazing teachers who made me firstly a good student then a teacher, I now teach the same way that I was though not just the practise of yoga asanas but also philosophy of yoga and bases of Sanskrit together with a very powerful Vedic mantras that purify the Body and open the Heart for Grace to come.
