I am a french yoga teacher based in the center of Lisbon. Passionate about Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a powerful practice which can deeply transform our body, mind, and breath, I trained as a teacher at Ashtanga Yoga Paris.
In Lisbon, I teach collective yoga classes of ashtanga, soft vinyasa & Yin yoga, as part of the team of Agora Yoga Lisboa.
I also give individual session, both on-site and online, in French and English.
