About Antonio
-9 Years practicing yoga in general with various trips to India to where Ashtanga yoga style was created.
-I've taught students from 18 to 65 years.

Ashtanga yoga was born in India, Mysore, from the hands of Pattabhi Jois, who in turn learned yoga from legendary master Krishnamacharya.
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic style that adapts to the needs of each practitioner.
The aim is to focus on breathing and continuous flow of postures and less in the perfection of the poses.
The student learns each pose in detail to move to the next and gradually has a personal practice that they can perform on their own. It is very good for your body.
All series of Ashtanga give you strength and flexibility, these are acquired with the practice.
It gives a thorough workout for your entire body. By practicing Ashtanga your body is covered with sweat. internal heat is made in your body. No need for external sources of heat to induce perspiration under normal conditions. The elevation of body temperature makes muscles more flexible, improving blood circulation which makes you feel lighter and stronger.
Practice makes perfect and it is no different in Ashtanga, Regardless of your level, what at first seems difficult it becomes easier with time. It is a balanced practice. Ashtanga sequences are filled with positions that contribute to the whole body and your overall health, you'll feel stronger, your breathing will improve and you'll be calmer. There is no part of your body that is left out in this practice. It is an excellent yoga for beginner. It helps you build a practice that you can do, over time, without help. Each position has a name and a right way to do this is explained in detail and is repeated until a certain conformity to move to the next is achieved.

The pack of 8 classes, 2 a week, is the most recommended. Price is 300 euros. Each class lasts about an hour and a half.
Friends and family can join at no extra cost.
