About Barsha
I am a yoga practitioner for the past 10 years and teacher for 8. I am from India and recently moved to Australia. My initial practice was rounded in Ashtanga series, but gradually I incorporated more variety in my teachings and my classes are focused on the practitioner and their individual needs in yoga.
I have had the opportunity to teach at studios, apartments, age care centers, University students, corporates and to private clients as well. Recently I became a mom and now my teachings are extra compassionate towards fellow parents. I thrive to constantly evolve and create a style of teaching most suitable for the practitioners to take with them a feeling of nourishment and renewed energy for life.

Dynamic classes focusing on building skills and mobility. Tracking progression, healing from injuries or simply building strength. Not to be worried about being flexible or strong as we will work on those areas in our practice sessions. Also guided breath and meditation sessions to build mental strength and improve quality of life.
