Zahra has been an amazing teacher/ trainer. When it came to my back pain she helped me come up with an exercise routine and explained it in a way that helped me understand and retain what she was showing me. Since she has started helping me I've notice a huge improvement in my mobility and less pain in my daily life. I could not recommend her more as a trainer. She also helped me with my diet to balance with my exercise, and it has helped so much with my energy and indigestion.

Zahradokht is an excellent teacher who is professional and friendly. I have just started being tutored by Zahradokht. She is very supportive. When I need help, she responds quickly to me. She makes me feel relaxed and at the same time motivated to work hard on the project. I would highly recommend Zahradokht.

I had my first lesson with her and I found that she is very passionate about art. I never drew anything before and she was patient with me, she showed me the basics of understanding the pencils which I had no clue what was the difference as I use pencils to write not draw. We got along right away. She is a young artist that will go a long way with her art! A reason I liked her from the beginning is because she is like me even with a decade of difference.

I really liked my lesson with Zahradokht, she helped me with my project a lot.
