About Ellie
Teaching has always been a passion of mine. Along with art, I have taught swim and I teach piloting/flying. But no matter the skill set, as long as you’re passionate about it, the learning process stays the same. Art is a huge part of me and my career. I’ve taken many classes as well as participated in a few art shows and galleries. I love to find other people who connect with it the same way. I hope to be able to share my knowledge and experience with you.

Hello! I’m an artist who sells her work. I’ve been teaching 5 years and been an artist for as long as I can remember. I am adaptable with lessons and have extensive experience in oil paints, acrylics, watercolor, and pencil/charcoal.
Lessons start by finding a goal to work towards. I’m a big believer in blocked practice. This means isolating a smaller skill to work on, and this will improve your art skills as a whole.
I incorporate this method into my lessons. But the most important thing is to never stop creating!
Lessons are for all ages, but especially useful for beginners and intermediate.
