About Jalissa
Hi! My name is Jalissa and I'm seeking my B.F.A. in Sequential Art from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). I am also a published author of 3 fantasy novels. I love stories in written and visual art mediums. I love oil painting, charcoal sketching, and brush ink pens the most.
I have art tutoring experience and I've aided past art teachers in and after class at a local art museum. I have a certificate from the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in Modern Art and Ideas that I earned through their course on Coursera.org. I will help you with the art fundamentals and ideas you would like to explore and how to find resources as well.

We will first discuss your current skill level and specific art interests (traditional or digital, specific mediums you wish to pursue, etc) and what you want to accomplish moving forward. From there I will map out a lesson plan with you based on short-term or long-term scheduling.
