About Anisha
In addition to my dedication to yoga, I also bring a wealth of experience from my career as a model. Through modeling, I have cultivated a profound appreciation for the beauty of the human form and the importance of self-confidence and self-care. My modeling experience informs my approach to yoga, emphasizing body positivity, acceptance, and the celebration of individuality.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body, regardless of age, shape, or fitness level. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where students feel empowered to explore their practice without judgment or comparison. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, my classes are designed to meet you where you are and support you on your journey towards health, happiness, and self-discovery.

CLASS STRUCTURE (At your flexible timings-online)
Warm-Up: Begin each session with gentle warm-up exercises to prepare your body for the practice ahead. Focus on breath awareness and gentle stretching to release tension and increase flexibility.
Asana Practice: Explore a variety of yoga asanas (poses) carefully curated to target different muscle groups, improve alignment, and enhance overall well-being. Each pose is thoughtfully sequenced to create a harmonious flow that promotes strength, balance, and relaxation.
Breathwork (Pranayama): Cultivate mindfulness and inner peace through the practice of pranayama, or breath control techniques. Learn to harness the power of your breath to calm the mind, energize the body, and deepen your connection to the present moment.
Meditation and Relaxation: Conclude each class with a guided meditation and relaxation session to promote mental clarity, stress relief, and emotional balance. Sink into a state of deep relaxation as you let go of tension and cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
