About Trinity
I am a PhD-trained anthropologist with a specialization in medical and cultural anthropology. My research and teaching focus on how race, health, and structural inequality shape human experiences, giving me a strong foundation in both theory and applied methods. I hold a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and I have years of experience teaching and mentoring students in anthropology, sociology, and public health. I am passionate about making anthropology accessible, engaging, and relevant. My background includes teaching undergraduate courses, leading research teams, and publishing in the field. Whether working with students on introductory concepts, advanced theory, or research and writing, I aim to build confidence and critical thinking skills while supporting individual learning goals.

I am a PhD-trained anthropologist specializing in medical and cultural anthropology, with extensive experience teaching and mentoring students in sociology, anthropology, and related social sciences. My lessons are designed to make anthropology clear, engaging, and applicable, whether you are learning basic concepts or working through advanced theory and methods. I tailor each session to your goals—this could include breaking down difficult theories, reviewing course materials, strengthening your academic writing, or preparing for exams and research projects. My approach combines clear explanations, real-world examples, and practical study strategies to help you not only understand the material but also think critically and confidently about it. Students appreciate that I make complex ideas accessible without oversimplifying them. I provide constructive feedback, share strategies for organizing and analyzing information, and help you build the skills needed to succeed in anthropology courses and research. Whether you need support for an introductory course, guidance on qualitative methods, or help applying anthropological theory in papers or projects, my lessons are collaborative, student-centered, and grounded in a deep understanding of the discipline.
