About GOPIKA
After practicing yoga for 4 years, I wanted to gain and in depth knowledge in Yoga and therefore I pursued Teacher training course in Yoga and am so grateful to have achieved the best trainer of the batch award.
I feel Yoga helps us physically, mentally, it helps to focus, changes our perception and leads to overall growth as human being. Moreover it also helps to keep ourselves away from ailments to great extent and therefore I want to teach Yoga.
