About Aaron
You will be completely submerged in the practice of peace and power called Yoga. The class will last one hour and 15 minutes. I will work with you according to your level, respecting your body and where you are at the time of the internship is the most important principal of Yoga. I am here to guide you to your own joy and your personal freedom. It is best to dress in layers, a light sweater and / or cover for example. These items can also be used during practice to become cushion during certain postures if necessary. I have worked with many different nationalities, bodies, and personalities. I am attentive, caring, and willing to take you to new places. We will grow together!

I am a traveler at heart. I was born in North Florida. I soon moved to Hawaii and New York where I met the love of my life and here I am, I quickly found myself in Paris (it's the city of love after all). I was taught Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Air, Acro and Bhakti Yoga on the island of Mallorca in Spain. I was able to realize that yoga is not about posture in itself, but rather how we allow ourselves to be in each posture. How do we allow ourselves to experience life? Can we afford to open ourselves up, to laugh, to accept where we are, to abandon ourselves and to love each moment? Let's see together! I adapt my classes for each individual. If you are already sporty and flexible, we can play more dynamic side with locomotive movements that we call the animalistic movement for example. If you are a beginner, we can make you open with a time gap party on yin yoga and with the time remaining vinyasa. During my classes we loose, it is very essential that you are comfortable, we will accomplish our tasks together!
