I love yoga and Nature, and i keep making efforts to take this world at a better place. The transmission of divine consciousness and blessing, which is initially experienced in greater or lesser degree depending on the receptivity and advancement of the disciple is an essential ingredient in the dissemination of Yoga.

Yoga is a holistic system of purifying techniques for the body and mind. Therefore, i will be desiring those students who want to take yoga as the way of life.
My teaching techniques and methods will gradually shift from easy to perfect as the body will enhance its strength.
The usual duration of a class is one to one and half hour.
My special feature as a teacher is to keep the motivation high and positive environment which makes spritually growth effortless.
