I am a 21-year-old certified Antigravity Aerial Yoga instructor with 5 years experience with overall yoga practice experience of 10 years. My number one priority is that all students maintain a safe, comfortable, enjoyable experience within my classes. I cover practices including vinyasa, Bikram, antigravity and restorative. Skill levels for students range from children, beginners, to advanced.
