About Julia
I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. In addition to my training, I have taken many seminars on anatomy, as well as yoga philosophy.
Yoga has become a true passion of mine over the past 10 years of practice. I hope to share its strength, wisdom and softness in my classes.

I teach Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for all levels.
