About Logan
In terms of sprinting:
-I am my school’s record holder for the 100 m dash
-I have won first team all county (county level recognition of winning an event) for both winter and spring track from my latest season alone.
I have been coached myself for 4 years on ideal lifts, workouts, and the form behind them.
In terms of lifting:
I have been exercising and was determined to grow in strength since middle school. I have years of research and lifting experience when it comes to trying to grow/strengthen muscle. At one point, I was 5’11 and 190 lbs lean, while being a track athlete.

I’d like to give those I would train an experience that ignites a passion or determination within them while also being uplifting and positive on what potential can be brought out of them!
For sprinting, we’d begin with what you’d want to improve on the most. If you’re unsure, we’d begin with what your running form looks like. I’d then make any necessary adjustments. Afterward, I would give you 1 workout on the track/a local area and 1 lift in the gym to build speed initially, and we’d go from there based on if you want to be/improve as a track and field sprinter or if you want to just build speed.
For muscle strengthening, after seeing on what you’d like to work on the most, I would design a lift in the gym for you to strengthen whatever you’d like. If you’d like, you could do said lift while I observe and give any recommendations. We can also just discuss your plans and what you could do for the session; I can also give suggestions on diet!
