About Zori

Come practice Yoga and meditation with me! I discovered the art of Yoga in northern Thailand, and I decided to go to the Himalayan mountains, in India, to become a certified teacher. I am currently studying a Master in Mindfulness and I would simply like to share my passion with you and give you the tools that work for me to break patterns and fears that block us. And if not, simply align your body and mind :).

About the lesson

My classes are Hatha yoga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. I adapt to several levels, it depends on your level my methodology is one or the other. A normal class consists of meditation at the beginning to connect. Asanas depending on the area to work and the style and relaxation. Classes last 60 minutes.
