About Namrata
I have been a fitness freak since teenage life and have been passionate about fitness as it increased my self confidence and helped me realised my inner worth and potential. Yoga happened to me in 2020 lockdown wherein I did my self practice and did my courses in order to finally pursue my career as a yoga instructor and encourage people into health and fitness.

It’s gonna be a one hour session comprising of some warming up and loosening of joints initially, later on will incorporate standing, sitting and lying asanas! Will end it with some relaxation and breathing exercises. Every session comprises of strength, stamina and flexibility
